The Tactical Mindset LLC., was founded by Warren Breckenridge, who is a Mississippi POST Certified 17 year veteran of law enforcement. He has served as an officer in Municipal, County, and Federal departments in areas of; Street Patrol, Training, K9 Interdiction and Shift Supervision. For the last 10 years he has also served as a Security Consultant and Trainer for one the Nation's top Federal Contractors for the Department of Homeland Security. Within this scope he has traveled all over the country training hundreds of officers assigned to the physical security of U.S. Federal Government Buildings.
As an instructor, Warren has 27 years of experience in martial arts, in which he started teaching in 1990, and has trained Law Enforcement Officers since 1997. He holds a variety of instructor certifications including but not limited to; NRA Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor, PPCT Defensive Tactics Instructor, certified Use of Force Specialist, SWAT ERT/SERT Instructor, Vehicle Assault Instructor, Ballistic Shield, Drug Raid/Warrant Instructor, Glock Armorer, Glock Transition Instructor and American Red Cross Instructor.
Warren has a firm belief that to be an effective instructor you must continue to be a student, to continuously train and seek external knowledge through other agencies. It is this belief that drives him to research the newest innovations in training and physical security, to never be satisfied with the level at which he teaches, and the mindset that he can always improve.
The Tactical Mindset LLC does not claim to be the latest and greatest in threat elimination or the ultimate new training system. What we provide is up to date quality training in the areas of our expertise of our many instructors. There is no magic bullet when trouble presents itself only your training and mindset mixed in with a little luck.
We are based out of Gulfport on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Mississippi. To make training more affordable we can come to you if you looking for a course for multiple persons and also offer class hosting discounts.
